Terms of Service
Last updated: November 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and 14389417 Canada Inc., doing business as Options Income Systems ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to the website at www.optionsincomesystems.com, our private Discord server, our emails, our free e-book, and every related product, content, or service (together, the "Service"). Please read them carefully. They include a no-refund policy (Section 10), a chargeback and billing-dispute process (Section 11), a limitation of liability (Section 22), and a mandatory arbitration clause that requires disputes to be resolved by arbitration, not in court (Section 26).
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By purchasing a subscription, joining our Discord server, downloading the e-book, signing up for our emails, or using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and that this is the legal equivalent of signing them. Each time you buy a product or service from us, you agree to the Terms in effect at that time. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and your representations
By using the Service, you represent and promise that you:
- are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract;
- are not barred from using the Service or from having an account with us;
- are not a competitor, and are not using the Service to compete with us, research our business for a competing product, or copy our content;
- have full authority to agree to these Terms, and doing so does not breach any other agreement you are bound by;
- will follow all laws that apply to you, including securities and tax laws where you live, and are solely responsible for knowing them;
- will provide your accurate full legal name, email address, and payment details, and keep them current; and
- will provide and maintain, at your own cost and risk, the equipment, internet access, Discord account, and brokerage account you need to use the Service.
3. What the Service is
We publish trade alerts and educational content about stock and futures options. Alerts typically list an instrument, strike and expiration, entry, target, and stop. Strategies discussed include short puts, strangles, credit spreads, volatility trades, and iron condors. Alerts are delivered through a private Discord server and no other channel. It is your responsibility to create a Discord account, join the server, and set up your notifications. If you cannot or do not set up Discord to receive alerts, you remain bound by every other term, including the no-refund policy and the cancellation rules.
Alert frequency is an estimate (approximately 1-3 per week) and is not guaranteed. We may add, change, pause, or remove content, features, timing, channels, and delivery methods at any time. We may limit or refuse the Service to any person, region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.
4. Not investment advice; publisher and educator
- All alerts, trade ideas, commentary, and other information we provide, whether on this site, in our emails, or in our Discord server, are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not tailored to your finances, goals, or risk tolerance, and it is not advice about whether any security or contract is suitable for you.
- We are publishers and educators. We do not recommend that any person buy, sell, or hold any security, and nothing we provide is an offer, a solicitation, or an attempt to influence a purchase or sale. We are not your broker, financial adviser, portfolio manager, commodity trading adviser, tax adviser, or fiduciary, and no adviser-client relationship is created by your use of the Service. We are not a registered financial adviser, investment adviser, dealer, or commodity trading adviser with any securities or commodities regulator in Canada, the United States, or elsewhere, and we do not provide registered advisory services.
- We do not manage money, execute trades, or hold your funds or accounts. You place all trades yourself with your own broker.
- We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or estate-planning advice, and no one acting for us is authorized to give it. Do not rely on any such statement.
5. Your responsibility
- You are solely responsible for every decision to trade, including whether, when, in what size, and with which strategy, and for the results.
- Treat alerts as examples and ideas to evaluate on your own, not as instructions. Do not trade any alert you do not fully understand or that does not fit your situation. Do your own research and consult licensed professionals.
- Data, commentary, and ideas may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. We do not independently verify, and do not guarantee, the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of anything we publish. If you rely on it, you do so at your own risk.
- Other members may post in the community. Their content is not ours, is not endorsed by us, and is not advice.
6. Risk disclosure
- Trading stock options and futures options involves a high degree of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose your entire investment and, with undefined-risk strategies such as short puts and strangles, you can lose more than you invest.
- Leverage, margin calls, gaps, assignment, early exercise, illiquidity, and volatility can cause losses larger than expected, and faster than you can react.
- Alerts are time-sensitive. Your fills and results will differ from ours because of delay, slippage, commissions, fees, liquidity, position size, and execution differences.
- Trade only with money you can afford to lose. Do not use funds needed for retirement, housing, education, debt payments, or living expenses.
7. Performance, hypothetical trades, and results
- No guarantee. We do not promise or guarantee profit, income, win rate, or any outcome. Past performance does not indicate future results.
- Real and hypothetical trades. We may share real, simulated, or hypothetical trades for teaching purposes. Some trades may be posted but not executed. Hypothetical or simulated results have inherent limits: they do not reflect actual trading, may under- or over-state the effect of market factors such as liquidity, and are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
- Why your results will differ. Results shown may exclude commissions and fees, may not reflect delays in delivery or execution, may reflect prices that were better than you can get after joining, and may reflect an account size or trading frequency you do not match.
- Individual statements. Examples, screenshots, statistics, and customer statements are illustrative only and are not typical. Our results are not typical, and we do not track the typical results of members. Any income or performance claim you may see in third-party posts, or in content written by someone other than us, is not a claim made by us.
8. Our own trading; activities of our personnel
- We, our owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates actively trade securities and futures. We may hold positions in instruments we discuss, may enter before or after an alert is sent, may exit earlier or later than we say, and may not follow our own alerts or strategies. We do not have to tell you.
- We do not trade, and our business does not operate, to create a false or misleading appearance of trading activity, to manipulate or peg the price of any security, or to induce others to buy or sell. If your trade is affected by the price effects of our activities, you release us from all claims related to it.
- Our personnel follow their own plans and are not required to share them. You should not expect to duplicate their experience or results.
9. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
- Plans. The Monthly plan is billed every month and the Yearly plan is billed every year, at the price shown on our website and at checkout when you subscribe. All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude taxes.
- Charging. The first period is charged when you sign up. We, through Stripe, will charge your payment method automatically at the start of each renewal period at the then-current price until you cancel. You authorize us to store your payment information with our payment processor and to charge it.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically. You are responsible for making sure your card is valid and your email address is current. If a card expires, is declined, or a payment fails, we may retry it, suspend or end your access, and you stay responsible for amounts owed.
- How to cancel. Cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal link in your receipt emails, or by emailing kalvin@optionsincomesystems.com. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date, because cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before renewal may take effect only for the following period. Keep your cancellation confirmation. Requests through Discord or any channel other than those two are not accepted.
- If the portal does not work. Email us before your renewal date describing the problem and attach a screenshot or screen recording. Claims that cancellation failed that are not supported by evidence and made before the renewal date will not be treated as credible.
- After cancellation. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. No refund or credit is given for the unused portion.
- Price and plan changes. We may change prices and plans with at least 30 days' notice by email. The change applies at your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not cancel, you accept the new price. We are not liable for any change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
- Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, and duties. You are responsible for all taxes on your purchase and your trading.
10. No refunds; delivery of services
- All sales are final. All payments, including renewals, are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds, credits, or prorations for any reason, including dissatisfaction, partial months or years, unused time, lack of use, delays in onboarding or Discord setup, market conditions, losing trades, a slow week, or forgetting to cancel before renewal. Your sole remedy if you are unhappy with the Service is to cancel under Section 9.
- The Service is digital and is delivered immediately. By accessing any alert, educational material, or other content, you acknowledge receipt of the service you purchased. Once an alert is sent or content is made available to you, that service is delivered in full, whether or not you read, view, or act on it.
- Again, to be clear, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
11. Chargebacks and billing disputes
- Contact us first. If you have a billing problem, email kalvin@optionsincomesystems.com before contacting your bank or card issuer, describe the issue, and give us 10 business days to review and respond. We will review it in good faith.
- Chargebacks. Starting a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without first following this process, for a transaction you authorized, or after you received the Service, is a material breach of these Terms. We provide valuable digital content that is delivered immediately and cannot be returned.
- Our response. We may end your access immediately, contest the chargeback with records of your use of the Service, your acceptance of these Terms, and your cancellation history, and report abuse to the payment network as permitted by law.
- Costs. You agree to reimburse us for the amount reversed, our payment-processor chargeback fees and penalties, and a reasonable administrative fee of $100 for the time and cost of responding, which you agree is a fair estimate of our costs that are hard to calculate exactly. You also agree to pay our collection costs and, in any proceeding, reasonable legal fees as set out in Section 26, in each case to the extent allowed by law.
- Fraud. Unauthorized use of your payment method by a third party is not a breach of this Section. Report it to us and your card issuer immediately.
12. Coupon codes and promotions
Coupon codes, when offered, apply only to the Monthly plan for first-time subscribers, as stated in the offer. Each person may use a promotional offer once. If you sign up more than once, use a different name, email, or card to get a repeated discount, or share a code, we may cancel the account, charge the full price difference, and revoke the discount. Codes have no cash value, cannot be combined, are not transferable, and may be limited in number or expire. A promotional price does not change the renewal price.
13. Your account and Discord access
- Access is for you only, tied to the Discord account you register. You may not share, sell, lend, or transfer it, or let anyone else use it.
- You must follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and our server rules. We are not responsible for Discord's outages, changes, or bans.
- Do not ask for, or share, personal information, account logins, or contact details of other members, and do not private-message members to solicit them.
- Access is a revocable license, not a property right.
14. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share, forward, copy, screenshot, record, post, resell, or otherwise distribute alerts, the e-book, or any member-only material to anyone, in any public or private place, or make your account or content available to the general public;
- promote, offer, or sell any product, service, financial product, security, contest, or referral, or run multi-level or pyramid schemes, or post spam or unauthorized commercial messages;
- pose as us, present your own trades as ours, or solicit members for another service or community;
- harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate anyone, or post content that is hateful, obscene, graphic, unlawful, or that we find objectionable;
- post or make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about us, our content, our people, or our products, whether in reviews, social media, chat, or elsewhere;
- use bots, scrapers, spiders, or automated means to access or collect content, mirror the site, or reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service;
- upload viruses or malicious code, attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts, or manipulate traffic or submissions;
- use the Service in any way that is unlawful, including in violation of securities or commodities laws, or that is fraudulent or misleading;
- start a chargeback in breach of Section 11, or take any action that could cause us damage, disruption, or liability; or
- help or encourage anyone else to do any of the above.
If you violate this Section, we may remove you immediately without notice, and you forfeit any right to a refund. Because redistribution of our content causes harm that is hard to measure, you agree that we may seek an injunction and may recover damages, including any profits you earned from the redistribution, in addition to any other remedy.
15. Support and communication limits
We do not provide personalized trading, position, or portfolio advice. We do not answer questions that ask whether you should buy, sell, hold, adjust, or size a particular trade or position, or about your own account. Support covers access, billing, and general questions about how the Service works. Send support requests through our contact page. Unless we say it is welcome, do not reply to alert posts with questions in alert channels. Breaking these rules may lead to removal without refund.
16. Ownership and limited license
All content, including alerts, commentary, educational materials, the e-book, videos, graphics, and the names "Options Income Systems" and "Options for Income," belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. While your subscription is active, and subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and content for your own personal, non-commercial trading education. We may revoke it at any time, and it ends automatically if you breach these Terms. When it ends, you must delete the member-only materials in your possession. We keep all rights not expressly given. You will use reasonable efforts to protect our content from unauthorized use, and you may not use it to train, build, or market other products or services.
17. Feedback and content you submit
- If you send us ideas, suggestions, techniques, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use, modify, and commercialize them in any way, without notice, consent, or payment to you, to improve the Service or create new content and products.
- If you post messages, questions, screenshots, or reviews to us or in our community, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display them, with your first name and general location only, to operate and promote the Service. You confirm you have the right to give us this license and that your content is truthful and lawful.
- Information you send us is sent at your own risk, and we are not liable for its loss.
- We have no duty to monitor members or content, but we may review, remove, or restrict anything at our discretion.
18. Testimonials and reviews
Reviews, testimonials, and descriptions of past performance on our site come from real members and reflect their individual experiences. They are not typical, you should not expect the same or similar results, and your results are likely to differ materially. They are received by text, audio, or video and may be edited for grammar, typing errors, and length. We may give free access or other comparable compensation to a member for a truthful testimonial, and we will disclose it where required.
19. Communications and notices
You agree that we may contact you electronically, including by email and Discord, about your account, billing, the Service, and our offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, and you will still receive account and billing messages. Notice from us by email to the address on your account, or posted on the site, is effective when sent. You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate, and we have no liability if you do not receive critical information because they are out of date. Notices to us must be sent by email to kalvin@optionsincomesystems.com.
20. Third-party services and links
The Service depends on or links to third parties, including Stripe, Discord, Kit, your broker, and market data providers. We do not control them, have not reviewed all of them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, fees, outages, or policies, or for any products or services they offer. A link or mention is not an endorsement or a statement that we are affiliated. Use them at your own risk.
21. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, reliability, availability, timeliness, accuracy, or completeness. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that alerts will be sent on time or at all, that any results will be obtained, or that any alert or information is accurate, complete, legal, or profitable. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you release us from any claim arising from the warranties we disclaim.
22. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, whether or not we were advised of the possibility, we and our owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates will not be liable to you under any legal theory for any trading or investment losses, emotional or financial loss from any decision you make, lost profits, revenue, or business, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service. Our total liability for all claims is limited to three months of Monthly plan fees, meaning three times the Monthly plan fee in effect when the claim arose. This limit applies even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. It does not apply to harm that we cause intentionally in breach of these Terms or applicable law, or where the law does not allow the limit. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they apply only to the extent allowed.
23. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to your use of or access to the Service, your trading, your breach of any representation or term in these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or content you submit.
24. Suspension and termination
We may investigate violations of these Terms or the law and use any remedy available. We may cooperate with law enforcement and regulators. We may suspend, restrict, or end your account and access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, harm other members or us, create legal risk, or for any other reason. If we end your access for breach, you will not receive a refund. Sections that by their nature should continue (including 4-11, 14, 16-18, and 21-29) continue after termination, and our right to enforce these Terms is not limited by termination.
25. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute between us are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
26. Dispute resolution: arbitration first, not court
Arbitration, not court. You and we agree that, other than the limited exceptions in this Section, every dispute between us will be resolved only by (1) informal negotiation and then (2) binding arbitration. Neither of us will start or take part in a lawsuit in court about a dispute covered by these Terms. If a party starts a court case in breach of this Section, the other party may ask the court to stay (pause) or dismiss it and send the dispute to arbitration, and the party who broke this Section must pay the other party's reasonable costs of doing so, to the extent allowed by law. Courts may be used only to enforce this arbitration agreement, appoint an arbitrator, enforce an arbitral award, grant urgent injunctive relief, hear small claims matters, or where the law gives you a right to go to court that cannot be waived. Where a court has a role, you and we submit to the courts of Ontario, Canada.
- Step 1: informal resolution. Before starting any claim, you must email us at kalvin@optionsincomesystems.com with a clear description of the dispute and what you want, and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. We will do the same if we have a claim against you.
- Step 2: binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, every dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service must be resolved by final and binding arbitration, not in court, except as stated below. The arbitration will be heard by a single arbitrator agreed by us in writing, or, if we cannot agree within 30 days, appointed on application to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. It will be conducted under Ontario's Arbitration Act, 1991, in English, with the seat of arbitration in Ontario, Canada, and may be held by video conference. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, and judgment on it may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
- Individual claims only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and we may bring claims only in an individual capacity, and you waive any right to take part in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine claims.
- Legal fees and arbitration costs. In any arbitration, legal action, or other proceeding to enforce these Terms, or arising out of or related to the Service or our products and services, the prevailing party is entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party all reasonable legal fees, arbitration fees (including the arbitrator's fees and expenses and any administrative, hearing, and venue costs), court costs, filing fees, service of process fees, travel expenses, and all other costs and expenses of the proceeding, to the extent permitted by law. The arbitrator (or the court, where a court has a role) decides who is the prevailing party and the amount awarded.
- Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. We may seek an injunction or other urgent relief in any court to protect our intellectual property, confidential content, or the Service.
- Your statutory rights. Nothing in this Section removes any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract. If you are a consumer in Ontario, nothing in these Terms limits your right to start an action in the Superior Court of Justice or to join a class proceeding where the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 gives you that right.
- Time limit. To the extent allowed by law, any claim must be started within 1 year after it arose, or it is barred.
- Severability. If any part of this Section is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and the unenforceable part will be applied to the maximum extent allowed.
27. Force majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including market closures or halts, exchange or broker problems, internet, power, or Discord outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, illness, government action, or labor disputes.
28. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace all earlier agreements and understandings, written or oral.
- Changes. We may update these Terms by posting the new version with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes that affect paid subscribers, we will notify you by email. Your continued use after a change means you accept it. Check this page regularly.
- Severability. If any provision is found illegal or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable, and the rest of the Terms is not affected.
- No waiver. Our failure to act on a breach does not waive our right to act on that or any later breach.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them, including in a sale or reorganization.
- No third-party rights. Nobody other than you and us has rights under these Terms.
- Headings are for convenience and do not affect meaning.
